Zariah's very cool aboriginal maths art!

Making a sequential pattern - Aboriginal Artwork

  1. Are you pleased with your artwork? Why / why not?
Yes because it took a really long time and it's worth it after 6 or more hours on this
artwork.

2. What was challenging when you did your sequential pattern artwork?
All the dots that I had to do.
Making sure my dots did not smudge,

3. What could you adapt / modify with your artwork?
Redoing the mistakes I made (the smudges)

4. Who / what helped you with your sequential pattern artwork?
Miss Paton, and the examples of aboriginal art.

5. If you were to teach a new person how to create your artwork under your theme
(Aboriginal Art) what would be the teaching points / tips?
You should use the end of the paint brush.
Plan the colours you are going to use and the order in which you do the patterns in.

6. What have you learnt about this process?
If you make one colour of the dots it is not a pattern. It is better if you use more than
one colour so that there is contrast.
