Good Taekwon do lesson this afternoon. Kicking technique and self defence. This has also been a great reminder to show respect towards one another.

    Hi my name is Sabrina and I am a year 8 from Wesley Intermediate school. Wow! what an amazing class , you guys have shown me that you can be taught respect and patience this way. When I was little I remember that I had to show a lot of respect and patience in my family and now I know that this is another way of showing how to be respectful and patience.And I love the way you guys show how respect and patience is really important to you. Also a reminder be POSITIVE , THOUGHTFUL , and KIND. Sabrina
